Guest Ratings & Reviews
My stay at the hotel was absolutely wonderful! The rooms were beautiful and curated to excellency with imaginative decor, truly amazing. However, there was a resin clock theme center piece that was broken, a small downside amidst the beauty. The service was top-notch, with staff that were so lovely and accommodating. The location was excellent, with easy walking to many attractions and a stunning view of the canal. The dining experience was lovely and peaceful in the morning, offering a delicious cappuccino and a satisfying breakfast spread. Overall, a fantastic hotel with a few minor hiccups.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The location was excellent, close to everything but a bit noisy on Saturday night. The service was top-notch, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The dining experience was delicious and exceeded my expectations. Overall, a great experience with some minor noise issues to consider.
I couldn't help but appreciate the stunning views of the canal from my quirky and beautifully crafted room, although the noise from the breakfast room above was quite a disturbance. The service was top-notch with a perfect blend of professionalism and approachability. The location was superb, offering both a quiet retreat and easy access to central Amsterdam. The dining experience, while good, had some room for improvement. Overall, a unique and memorable stay.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms had a slight issue with odours from the drains due to heavy rain, but the fantastic canal views made up for it. The modern bathroom and ample sockets were a great touch, and the room was beautifully curated to perfection.
Staying at this hotel was a great experience overall. The rooms had some quirky and beautifully crafted details, but the evening noise from the Tales & Spirits pub downstairs could be a bit bothersome. The service was excellent, with a kind and accommodating staff staying true to the preservation of the original 17th-century building. The location was superb, offering a stunning view of the canal and being close to central Amsterdam, although it could get noisy on weekends. Dining was a unique experience with delicious meals brought to our room. The facilities were well-maintained and added to the charm of the stay.
My stay at this hotel was a mix of highs and lows. The location was great, being a short walk from the main station and close to various amenities and restaurants in Amsterdam. The rooms, although small and quirky with stairs inside, were equipped with necessary amenities and even provided earplugs for the noisy surroundings. The service was exceptional, with a friendly and helpful staff that went out of their way to make my stay as enjoyable as possible. The dining experience was superb, offering simple but delicious meals with personalized touches. However, the noise levels on Saturday night could be a bit bothersome, and the preservation of the building, while charming, meant some inconveniences like climbing to the bathroom.
